Who we are
This site is run jointly by four event production companies working together as co-promoters: JK Star Productions, Dreams Entertainment, G.O.A.T Live and Simran Productions. In this policy, "we" and "us" means those four companies.

The short version
- This site has no accounts, no logins and no shopping cart. You can read all of it without giving us anything.
- We do not take payments here. Tickets are sold by separate ticketing companies on their own sites.
- The contact form does not send anything to us or store anything on this site — it opens your own email app with a message ready for you to send.
- Our host places a cookie and records basic visit statistics. That is the only tracking on the site.
- We do not run a mailing list. If you get event emails after buying a ticket, those come from the ticketing company, not us.
- We never sell your information.
What we collect
When you contact us
The enquiry form on our contact page is not a normal web form. Nothing you type is sent to this website or saved on it. Pressing Send enquiry opens your own email program with the details filled in, and nothing happens until you send that email.
Once you do email us, we hold what you chose to send — typically your name, email address, phone number, company or artist name, and your message. We use it to answer you and to carry out whatever you got in touch about. Our email is hosted by Hostinger.
When you simply visit
Our web host, GoDaddy, records standard information about each visit: your IP address, the pages you looked at, the date and time, your browser and device type, and the site you arrived from. GoDaddy also places a small script on every page that counts visits and sets a cookie to recognise a returning browser.
We use this only to understand how many people visit and which shows they look at. It is not used to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with anything else.
What we do not collect
- No payment or card details — we take no payments on this site.
- No accounts, passwords or logins.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking networks.
- No information about children. This site is not aimed at children.
Cookies
The only cookies on this site come from our host's visitor-counting script. They record that a browser has visited before. They do not store your name, email address or anything you have typed.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Everything on this site works normally with cookies switched off.
Buying tickets
We do not sell tickets on this website. Every Get tickets button sends you to one of our ticketing partners:
- Eventfinda (New Zealand)
- DryTickets (Australia)
Once you follow one of those links you are on their website, and their privacy policy applies to anything you enter there, including your payment details. We never see your card information.
We do receive the attendee list for our own events from the ticketing company — typically your name, and the email address or phone number you gave them. We use it only to run that show: checking people in at the door, seating, and contacting ticket holders if a show is moved or cancelled. We do not use it to market other events to you.
Marketing emails
We do not run a mailing list and we do not send marketing emails. If we email you, it is because you contacted us, or because you are coming to a show and we need to tell you something about it.
Our ticketing partners are different. When you buy a ticket through Eventfinda or DryTickets, you are also dealing with them, and they may add you to their own mailing list and send you news about upcoming events — including ours. That list belongs to them, not to us. We cannot add you to it, remove you from it, or see who is on it.
To stop those emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email, or change your preferences in your account with that ticketing company. If you are not sure which one sent it, email us and we will point you to the right place.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not trade mailing lists. We share it only:
- with our service providers, so the site and our email work — GoDaddy (hosting), Hostinger (email), and our ticketing partners;
- with venues, where a venue requires an attendee list for entry, safety or licensing;
- where the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
Where your information goes
Our website is hosted on servers in Singapore, and our email and ticketing providers operate overseas as well. That means information about you may be stored or handled outside New Zealand, in countries whose privacy laws differ from ours. We only use established providers who are contractually required to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them for the matter you contacted us about, and for our ordinary business records afterwards. Visit statistics are retained by our host under their own retention schedule. We delete personal information once we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it.
Keeping it safe
The whole site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Our email and hosting accounts are protected by passwords and two-factor verification. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Email and we will respond within 20 working days, as the Act requires. We may need to confirm who you are first.
You can also ask us to delete what we hold, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
If you are not happy
Please tell us first — most things are quickly sorted out. If you are still not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner: privacy.org.nz, or phone 0800 803 909.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on our social accounts.
